Our rib bacon, also known as loin bacon or back bacon, is dry smoked and perfect for a Sunday morning cook up.
Maple Bacon & Banana Pancakes
- Miller and Baker Pancake Mix
- Runnymede Egg
- Bannister Downs Milk
- Butter
- Bananas
- DCF Rib Bacon
- Maple Syrup

METHOD
- Follow directions provided with our best ever pancake mix from Miller + Baker
- Mix 150g of pancake mix with 1 cup of milk, 1 egg and 1 tbsp of melted butter. Stir gently until combined and drop batter onto pre-heated pan. When bubbles form flip and cook until golden.
- In a separate frypan cook DCF Rib bacon - Cook until crisp but still tender when removed from the pan.
- Slice Bananas lengthways and use the same pan (in which you cooked the bacon) to cook the bananas.
- Stack and drizzle with maple syrup.
