Oh wow, this is very, very good bacon!

Our rib bacon, also known as loin bacon or back bacon, is dry smoked and perfect for a Sunday morning cook up or stacked into a delicious burger bun.

Our rib bacon is pasture raised and nitrate and preservative free. Please note that as this product is naturally cured and nitrate-free, it will be brown.

Pork loin, water, Organic Cure (dextrose, emulsifier, maltodextrin, sugar, beetroot powder), salt, raw sugar.
Pan fry until browned on each side. For crispier bacon, cook for extra 30 seconds.
Where to start?! Mushrooms, Runnymede Pasture Raised eggs, some Mary Street Bakery Sourdough, our Hippie Veggies Macadamia and Hemp cheese - add them all to your plate and enjoy! Please note that as this product is naturally cured and nitrate-free, it will be brown.
This product is snap frozen for your convenience. Thaw overnight in the fridge when ready to eat.

Yummmm

lovely traditional cut of bacon. Very tasty. Cooked up fine on the Weber Q with a slice of fried, black pudding, tomato and a fresh egg. Delish. Will def be ordering again. Made my neighbour quite envious as the smell drifted across the gardens....
