Crafted from regeneratively farmed WA pasture raised pork middle (belly & loin), this boneless, crackling-crusted roast is the iconic savoury and fatty showstopper you know and love, produced locally and ethically from a truly 'free range' pasture raised farm. 

Crafted without any ingredients that may trigger gluten reactions, making it safe for people with celiac.

Pork Middle (99%), Onion Flakes, Rosemary, Garlic, Fennel Ground, Black Pepper.
Preheat oven to 170*C, dry skin and heavily season with Salt and Olive Oil, roast for 2 hours at 170*C, increase oven temperature to 220*C and roast for a further 30 minutes until desired crackling forms and internal temperature reads 72*C. Rest for at least 20 minutes and slice to serve.
Keep Frozen ≤-18ºC / Hard Frozen
