Marinate for at least 2 hours over overnight. Preheat oven to 180C, cover with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cook chicken until juices run clear, and check the temperature at the thickest part of the meat is at 75°C.

The Best Chicken Wings!

These wings have so much meat on them. I coat in arrowroot flour, then dip in a mix of olive oil, Chinese 5 spice , chilli flakes and salt. Bake in the oven at 225 for about 30 mins and they are crispy and succulent and delicious.

Very fresh wings

The wings we get are always very very fresh. Even though you only get 5 or 6 per packet they are quite filling because they have a lot of meat on them.

Love that they are farmed with minimal stress and that they can grow naturally.
