Our chickens have been raised with a naturally slow growth rate and unique feed regime to allow their organs, muscles and bones to grow in harmony. ​They move onto fresh pasture daily, foraging for insects, enjoying time in the sun and taking dust baths when they choose. Taste the difference for yourself. Our whole chicken is available in three sizes, please see the weights below:

  1. Medium  1.8 - 2.19kg
  2. Large     2.2 - 2.59kg
  3. Jumbo    2.6kg - 3kg 

Small size is available please check out website for the listing.

Pre-heat oven at 180C fan forced. As a rule, roast for 20 minutes per 500g. If using a thermometer cook until internal temperature of thigh is at 75C.
Medium: 3-4 Large & Jumbo: 4-6
This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18°C.

Pack weight is approximate. We're proudly working with real meat, and do our best to get exactly to the declared weight, but there may be some variation.
