This product comes frozen.

 

Durum semolina, sea salt, water
Frozen pasta doesn't need to be defrosted before cooking. Cook in boiling water for 3 minutes (al dente).

La Delizia Pasta

As the name suggests…Delicious! The gnocchetti sardi I received were soft & juicy little morsels of pasta which took up the bacon, cherry tomato’s & pesto sauce I tossed them in beautifully & made me look like chef!!!
