Domencio Boccia (also known as Dom), grew up in Naples, Italy and had experience working in his family’s cheesemaking business before coming over to Perth. Together with his partner Kristy, they both opened Perth’s first Cheese Lab in 2020, based in East Vic Park which allows customers to watch the cheese-making process through the glass.
Dom and his wonderful team, hand makes and stretches each cheese so you can ensure that quality and Reveley and The Royal, we are proud to stock their Burrata, Mozzarella and Stracciatella. You’ll be able to taste a little bit of luxury, delivered straight to your doorstep.
Stracciatella is a creamy and milky cheese that is made from mozzarella curds and cream. Perfect for spreading onto pizza bases or atop of bread. You will not be stopping after one scoop of this!
