Grass Fed and Finished Lamb Forequarter Chops are versatile and succulent for an easy and delicious dinner. Suitable both for grilling and slow cooking using either a moist method, such as braising or stewing, or by slow roasting. 

Forequarter chops are an economical cut prepared from the side of the lamb.

Our 100% grass fed and finished lamb is regeneratively farmed.

Bring to room temperature before cooking. Season to preference and sear both sides until desired internal temperature is reached. Rest before serving

This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18°C. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.

Lamb Chops

They were tender, but not the right cut for us, prefer something like the Barnsley chop which are much thicker. But there was nothing wrong with the taste or quality of the meat.

Best lamb chops

Lamb chops are my staple meat, I just love them. I like to marinade with good olive oil, salt and pepper and fresh rosemary from the garden on the bench for a few hours before cooking. I then cook in the oven on racks so the fat drips into the roast veggies. Just the best 😋
