Our Grass Fed and Finished Club steak is a T-Bone without the tenderloin. It is a tender, well-marbled, steak-house cut with heaps of flavour. Ideal for a quick cook, grilling will give the steak an appealing crust and a pleasant smokey taste.
Our 100% grass fed and finished beef is regeneratively farmed.
