Goldband snapper

Fish was well,package, nice big thick pieces. Lovely and fresh, fried up really well.

Delivery of product to my home was great and you are kept informed by an email and link to track.

fantastic - easy to grill

Although a little on the expensive side for my budget I did not regret buying this at all.

Comes in a sealed bag so it was easy to defrost in the sink.

I cooked the snapper using a Curtis Stone recipe (google Snapper with Broccoli and Tomato Caper Relish), and used the vegies from DCF small fruit & veg box. I can't wait to order & cook this again.
