Order a full side of 100% grass fed and finished, regeneratively farmed WA black Angus, trimmed, packaged and vacuum sealed for maximum shelf life. The final price will vary based on the weight, at a special discounted bulk cost of $14.60/kg. After boning and cutting, you can expect around 140-160kg of beef.

A $400 deposit is required for pre-order. We will send you instructions for payment of the remaining total. All product is fresh, except the bones which are required to be frozen

What you will receive: 1x Inside, 1x Eye Round, 1x Outside Flat, ~2kg Heel Muscle, 1x Knuckle, 1x D Rump, ~2kg Tri-Tip, ~2kg Flank Steak, 1x Chuck Roll, 2x Flap Meat, 1x Striploin, 1x Tenderloin, 1x Cube Roll, 1x Bolar Blade, 1x Oyster Blade, 1x PE Brisket Deckle On, ~5kg Intercostals, 1x Short Rib, 40kg 85VL Trimming (opt for mincing for additional fee), 1x Hind Shin, ~1kg Chuck Tender, 1 ctn Neck Bones, 1 ctn Leg Bones

An additional processing fee of $4/kg will apply for custom cuts. You can request for custom cuts below: 

  • Slicing/portioning steaks
  • Mincing trim into 1kg bags
  • Dicing any inside, knuckle, chuck or any other products
  • Slicing osso bucco from hind shin

Please be aware of the additional cost that will be added to the final total for custom processing. Include in your order/delivery notes specific requirements or we will process the order without any customisations.

Full payment is required before delivery. We cannot cancel or refund based on change of mind as this is a custom cut product. 7 days is required to process your order. If we don't receive the full payment we may have to delay the delivery of your order. The total order will be delivered in several large cartons, and you will need to be home for delivery.
