We are proud to feature a small range of fresh, ready to cook steaks just for you! These are steaks perfect as a treat for one. 

Our grass fed rump steak is a great all-rounder and full of flavour.

Serve with your favourite salad and fries. Rump steak is also great for beef curry or thinly slice for stir fry.

Bring your steak to room temperature and pan fry for 3-5 minutes on each side before resting for 10-minutes.
Keep refrigerated below 5°C.

Wow. Beautiful.

We ordered fresh steaks. For a cheaper cut, these were absolutely delicious. I used the reverse sear method in the Airfryer - 15-20 mins on the lowest heat setting. I then pan seared them in a smoking hot cast iron pan with a generous helping of avocado oil for 2 mins until crispy. I couldn't believe how good they were!

I bought a couple of grass fed thick steaks from Woolies as I wasn't sure it was going to be enough. I used the same cooking method. They were more expensive for a smaller, thicker cut. They and weren't as tender and were almost well done. I'm glad I did the comparison. I gave them to the kids, but they preferred the DCF one! It was more tender.

Dirty Clean food meats win every time!

Fresh cut steak

I was frozen instead of fresh, for the last 2 orders. However, the steak was absolutely perfect. No fishy taste. And tender but with some bite-how I like it. Can't compare to supermarket steaks. Would have given 5 stars if I got the fresh cut
