VL refers to the amount of fat visible at the surface of the meat. 85% lean, 15% fat.

Our beef mince is made with WA 100% grass fed and finished beef, regeneratively farmed. No additives, hormones or preservatives. You can find out more about our farmers here.

Great product, great values fed,

Great product, a bit fattier than other grass fed I’ve tried, which is exactly what am looking for. I love the fact that this is local grass fed, with no added anything and supports our local farmers, while still being better priced and quality than ,grass fed in the big stores. Will be buying this regularly. I just buy some freezer bags and portion it out so I can have great tasting mince when ever I need it!
