This popular cut is tender and lean with a delicious, mild flavour. Our pasturised pork chops are great for quick cooking and are super-versatile – a top pick for mid-week dinners.
To ensure your pork chops are tender, bring them to room temperature before cooking to limit the time in the pan. Season well or marinade and heat to about 63-65°C before resting for 2-3 mins to lock in the juices.
If you're feeling a little fancy, top it off with an herbed goat cheese butter using Bookara Goat Dairy Feta or Cream Cheese and The Butter People's Pure Butter.
