Pre-heat oven to 160ºC (fan forced). If Defrosted: Cook for approximately 30 mins. If Frozen: Cook for approximately 50 mins.

Absolutely delicious

My entire family (even the fussy ones) devoured this lasagne!! Perfect amount of cheese, herbs and generous with the meat! Don't tell Nonna!!

Pairs perfect with the Tumeric Beetroot Sauerkraut!!!

A little too oily

This was a very tasty lasagna, quite a peppery aftertaste with a lovely twang of oregano and thyme. Love that it is full of natural ingredients, not a nasty to be found, however it was a little too oily so perhaps a less fatty meat is needed. The pasta was soft and there was a lovely balance of cheese sauce. Very tasty. The nutritional panel needs to be reassessed, it doesn’t seem correct.
