Loyalty Program

Welcome to the Dirty Do Gooders - Dirty Clean Food’s very own loyalty program, where we reward you for choosing to switch to regenerative, supporting local farmers and fighting climate change straight from your kitchen table.

You can expect rewards upon entering each tier, special access to sales and you will earn points for every dollar spent. More rewards will be introduced over time, so be sure to stay tuned and check your inbox.

How do you join, you ask?

Simply create an account and you’ll automatically enter into the program. Click on the button at the bottom right hand side of the screen to sign up and sign in. The icon will appear as either of the following depending whether you are on desk top (left) or mobile (right).

     

Each time you shop with us, make sure you are logged into your account to earn points on your purchases, or redeem rewards. 

This is a new program and we are keen to get your feedback on what you want from the loyalty program, so please send us your suggestions to sales@dirtycleanfood.com.au.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be logged in each time they shop to earn points?

Yes, you do. This allows us to track your spend and allocate the corresponding points so you don’t miss out!

How do I become a Dirty Do Gooder?

Simply create an account with us. If you have ordered from us previously and have not set an account up, please let us know and we’ll send you an account invite.

How do I earn points?

Simply create your account and start spending to accumulate points. You can also earn points by setting your profile up and referring friends.

How do I check how many points I have available? 

Click on the button on the bottom left of your screen and follow the prompts to log into your account. Once you have successfully logged in, click on the same button to view your points, and your Refer a Friend link. 

  

Will my previous spend be included as part of the program?

We are unable to re-allocate your previous spend into the new program.

I accidentally checked out as a guest and did not log into my account. Can I add that spend to my Dirty Do Gooders spend?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that orders made via guest checkout can be transferred.
