Our Grass Fed and Finished Easy Carve Lamb Leg will leave your dinner guests drooling.
Not only is this family favourite easier to carve, it’s also moist, tender and cooks faster.
Taken from the hindquarter it’s prepared by removing the bone and surrounding fat before removing the shank. Sear it in the pan before slow cooking to seal in all its juice and flavour.
This roast is a visual, flavourful feast and will make a regular appearance on your shopping list.
Our 100% grass fed and finished lamb is regeneratively farmed.
Season Roast on all sides and sear in a pan.. Roast in a fan forced oven at 180*C until desired internal temperature is reached. Rest before slicing to serve.
Just add garlic, rosemary and rub with olive oil and roast. Serves 4-5 hungry adults!
