Oh wow, this is very, very good bacon!
Our rib bacon, also known as loin bacon or back bacon, is dry smoked and perfect for a Sunday morning cook up or stacked into a delicious burger bun.
Our rib bacon is pasture raised and nitrate and preservative free. Please note that as this product is naturally cured and nitrate-free, it will be brown.

Pork loin, water, Organic Cure (dextrose, emulsifier, maltodextrin, sugar, beetroot powder), salt, raw sugar.
Pan fry until browned on each side. For crispier bacon, cook for extra 30 seconds.
