Grass Fed and Finished Chuck loves long gentle cooking and is ideal for soups, stews, casseroles and curries. It can be a tougher cut of meat, but a little more cooking will make it fork-tender and bring out its hearty rich flavour. Make it ahead for an easy, economical weekday family meal.

Our 100% grass fed and finished beef is regeneratively farmed.

It’s amazing

I recently tried the beef chuck roll and I must say, it's amazing! I love how versatile it is - perfect for making steaks and adding rich flavor to various soups. It’s suitable for a wide range of dishes. Highly recommend trying it out!

Awesome 😎

I was a bit worried about getting this amount of steak, thinking it could be tough or not tasty, but I was tremendously surprised at the quality. It was neither tough nor not tasty. I divided it up into ten pieces in my freezer and froze it. I would give it ten stars out of five if this were possible.
