Grass Fed and Finished Gravy Beef is made from the shin without the bone. It is tougher than other cuts due to it being a well-exercised part of the animal but when slow cooked over a low heat produces an added layer of flavour and is fork tender.
Our 100% grass fed and finished beef is regeneratively farmed.

Season Roast on all sides and sear in a pan.. Roast in a fan forced oven at 180*C until desired internal temperature is reached. Rest before slicing to serve.
