No additives, gases, hormone free and sourced from regenerative farms where animal welfare and environment consciousness are key focuses. Our method of preserving is flash freezing products, ensuring optimum shelf live without any need for additional agents, preservatives or chemicals.
65VL mix is perfect for juicy utilisation, where fat adds flavour. You can use this mince in burgers, meatballs and other ways where richness is key. Perfect for your burgers, meatballs or burritos.
PLEASE NOTE: This is considered a fattier mince blend. Try our 85VL for a standard mince blend.
