Grass Fed and Finished Loin Chops are a great way to satisfy that lamb craving. Prized for their tenderness, cook these morsels of goodness on the frying pan or grill on the barbecue for a caramelised crust with a pink, juicy centre. Super easy to prepare and perfect all year 'round. 

Resembling mini-T-Bones, they are prepared from the short loin, which sits behind the rack and before the leg.

Our 100% grass fed and finished lamb is regeneratively farmed.

So much better than supermarket lamb

It surprises me how different this lamb is to what you can get in the supermarkets. It even smells different when you cook it, and tastes different too. Much cleaner and nicer. Tender and delicious

Our lamb is the ultra white breed that has been pasture raised and is top quality in terms of clean flavour and conditions of farming. You can enjoy the low melting point intramuscular fat that renders down much easier than regular lamb.

Lamb meat

This one was great as it is grassfed and fresh. All the grassfed products are excellent on the condition that they are fresh not frozen for more than a few days.
