Tree Planting Project Update
Tree planting has been in full swing this week at Warren Pensini's farm as part of the landscape rehydration and carbon tree planting project.
The trees are being planted by Christie, Craig and Warren - Wide Open Agriculture’s ‘Impact Team’, with some special appearances by Warren’s friends and family, including the great team from Galloway Springs, Raquel and Murray.
The weather has been kind to our team, who began the mammoth task of planting 23,000 trees on Warren's farm in Boyup Brook last weekend.
Under the watchful eyes of the "tree guardians" Maggie and Poppy, and with the help of Chatsfield's Tree Planter, Warren, Christie and Craig have planted most of the trees, with the remainder going in this weekend.
