ANZAC Biscuits
This ANZAC biscuit uses 100% whole wheat freshly milled flour and single origin rolled oats from the Wheatbelt. True Blue ingredients for a delicious Aussie favourite.
Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup coconut

125g unsalted butter

2 tbs golden syrup

1 tbs water

1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
Method
- Add the flour, sugar, rolled oats and coconut into a mixing bowl.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add golden syrup and water.
- Stir bicarb of soda into the saucepan
- Add the ingredients from the saucepan into the mixing bowl and combine using a wooden spoon.
- Roll into small balls and flatten onto a baking tray with baking paper.
- Bake in the oven for 10 -12 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
- Leave to cool.
