Ingredients
SERVES 4
1 punnet of cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp Dirty Clean Food pesto
1 large stem of basil, leaves slices into thin ribbons with small leaves reserved for topping
Extra virgin olive oil
4 slices of crusty bread, toasted
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Method
Quarter the cherry tomatoes and place into a small mixing bowl
Season with salt and pepper, add basil and drizzle a generous amount of olive oil and toss with a spoon. Taste your mixture, and season to your liking.
Spoon a small amount of Hippie Veggie pesto onto toast, and smear to cover the slice.
Spoon your bruschetta mixture on top, and dress with your basil. Enjoy!
