Highly regarded on the East Coast of Australia but much less known here in WA. For the people that know of it, it is a favourite. Line caught in the South West in cooler waters it has a great flavour. With a good oil content it is a very versatile fillet to cook in a multitude of ways - great to fry, bbq or even put into a curry.

Lovely fish

Very nice fish with a distinct flavour and slightly crispy fatty layer on the top of the fillet when cooked.

Not portions!

I ordered this product because the description stated "portions". However one big pack of fish arrived. No good for 1 person or even 2 if you just want a piece of fish for dinner. Have to defrost the whole thing.
