Our 100% grass fed and finished beef is regeneratively farmed.

Cook Liver in a pan with oil until seared and cooked throughout.
This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18 degrees Celsius. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.

Beef liver

I have Liver not eaten for a long time, but I know it is very healthy, specially of B 12 Vitamin. I liked it not so much any more, but I made some liverwurst out of it, like we have in Germany. I think that will do!!

Lots of meat for $5

Think about this, you buy 0.5kg for $5-6 which is nutrient-dense and has same/more proteins than seak

Minus one star because the bag wasn't sealed properly (again) so when you unfreeze it, the blood is all over your sink/fridge
